Day 1 Late morning a taxi will collect you from your home and take you to meet our Woods coach for the short journey to Southampton, where we board Black Watch to spend two nights enjoying the fine food and entertainment from Fred Olsen.

Day 2 During your day at sea enjoy a 3D film in the Marina Theatre, take a dip in the Jacuzzi, indulge in afternoon tea, and perhaps spoil yourself with a soothing treatment in the Spa. In the evening enjoy a delicious five-course dinner and a range of entertainment.

Day 3 Disembarking in Liverpool early morning, your Woods coach will be waiting for you, and we begin our day with some free time to explore some of this fascinating city and maybe visit one of the many attractions at Albert Dock. A short drive through the Mersey Tunnel brings us to the Wirral Peninsula and Port Sunlight. We have a guided tour of this amazing village, built by William Hesketh Lever for his factory workers and named after his famous Sunlight Soap. We then travel to Llangollen and our hotel.

Day 4 A fabulous day today as we first travel to Blaenau Ffestiniog to board the narrow-gauge railway for a dramatically scenic ride over the mountains to Porthmadog. We then board the Welsh Highland Railway for a journey along its entire 25-mile length, travelling through the magnificent Aberglaslyn Pass and the wonderful Welsh scenery all the way to Caernarfon, where we meet our coach and return to Llangollen.

Day 5 We bid farewell to Llangollen and make our way homewards with suitable refreshment stops along the way, arriving in the local area early evening to meet the taxis to take you home.
